Voxie is the world’s first conversational commerce platform for B2C brands. We’re building the future of communication by helping brands build meaningful relationships with their customers through conversation (SMS to start).

We are growing fast and looking for sharp, positive individuals to onboard and provide support to our amazing customers. A typical day will involve working with our Client Strategists to build cutting edge solutions and using data to prove success. You will have the opportunity to work with every kind of brand from fast-growth startups to Fortune 500 companies. 

Responsibilities:

  • Empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers’ needs first.
  • Build engaging interactions using Voxie’s conversational engine to power millions of 1:1 conversations
  • Design and implement solutions to provide a wide range of options to interact with customers 
  • Be a functional expert to provide best practice recommendations
  • Proactively analyze data to prove attribution
  • Improve team efficiency by automating manual tasks
  • Create technical documentation on Voxie methodologies to increase client learning
  • Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers

Requirements:

  • Strong empathy and a feeling of joy in helping others
  • Data skills to analyze data and report back success to customers
  • Great time management skills and the ability to prioritize 
  • High attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
  • Strong Excel Skills, preferably with VBA experience
  • SQL experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 0-5 years of experience in an analyst or technical role

Bonus skills & attributes:

  • Experience setting up and using Google Analytics, Zapier or other SaaS Communication Products
  • Python experience
