A few weeks ago in Dallas, our team had the honor of hosting an incredible group of customers, partners, and friends from across the franchise community. Forty leaders from some of the most respected brands gathered for dinner, conversation, and connection. No sales pitch, just good people and shared stories.
It was one of those evenings that reminded me why we do what we do at Voxie.
When I stepped in as CEO two years ago, we made a deliberate decision to focus entirely on the franchise world. There were three reasons behind that shift.
First, there wasn’t another SMS platform truly built for the unique challenges and opportunities of franchising.
Second, we saw how we could help major brands drive real, measurable growth across their systems - growth that impacts thousands of local businesses at once.
But the third reason is the one that matters most to me personally: behind every franchise brand are hometown entrepreneurs. People taking risks, putting their name on the door, and working every day to build something that lasts.
Having built and sold software companies myself, I know how hard that journey is. It takes grit, resilience, and an unwavering focus on customers. That’s why we built Voxie not just to serve large enterprises, but to champion the small-town builders and local owners who make our communities thrive.
The event wasn’t about software or slides. It was about people who believe in what we’re building together.
To everyone who joined us: thank you. You’ve made this a banner year for Voxie, and your trust and partnership mean the world to us.
Here’s to friendship, laughter, and the incredible franchise community that continues to inspire us every day.
